Programme

A varied programme will covers subjects directly related to the envelope industry and also topics and trends with a broader implication.

The rapid growth in the digitalisation of communication continues to present the envelope industry with a tantalizing challenge. We’ll look at e-commerce trends and hear how the envelope industry can harness the opportunities that this presents. In a world of multi-channel selling we’ll also examine how the younger generation can be converted to direct mail. European and global envelope market trends will be presented along with an intriguing look at how playing with Lego can help businesses to find creative solutions to problems.

Our Gala Dinner will be held in the Palácio da Bolsa on 4 October. This former stock exchange built in the neoclassical style is the impressive setting for the most glamorous event of the congress.
